Gary Wilkinson

Gary Wilkinson is an experienced product development professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Since joining Greencore in October 2017, Gary has held various positions including Product Development Manager for different segments and Lead Development Manager. Prior to Greencore, Gary worked at Pennine Foods as a Product Manager and held the role of NPD Manager at Jigsaw Foods. Gary’s earlier career includes significant roles such as Senior NPD Technologist at Pizza Factory and NPD Technologist at Solway Foods. Gary began the career as a Coatings Technologist at Griffith Foods. Academic qualifications include a degree from Nottingham Trent University, completed between 2004 and 2006.
