Guy Dullage

Guy Dullage has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Guy has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2003 with Johnson Controls, where they served as HR Manager before progressing to positions such as UK HR Manager, HR Director UK & Sweden, and European HR Director. In 2012, they joined IAC Group as HR Director and later took on the role of European Compensation & Benefits Director. Dullage then moved to Greencore in 2015, initially serving as HR Director before becoming the Chief People Officer of Greencore Group Plc in 2018. Currently, they are also a Governor at East Durham College.

Guy Dullage completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from an undisclosed institution from 1997 to 2000. Guy then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from another undisclosed institution from 2003 to 2007. In 2014, Guy obtained the certification of Fellow of CIPD from the CIPD institution.
