Holly Barber has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Greencore Grocery since December 2011, where previous roles included Project Engineering Administrator and Engineering Administrator. Prior to this, Holly gained customer service experience as Head Waitress at The Hope & Anchor from March 2009 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Level 3 Diploma in Engineering from Hull College, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and additional training from QA in 2016.
