James S.

James S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. James started their career in 2002 at PJ Smoothies, where they worked as a Supply Chain & Planning Manager until 2005. James then joined PepsiCo, holding various operational and leadership positions including Operations Manager, Logistics & Change Manager, Europe Lean Leader, and Europe E2E Lean Manager. In 2023, James S. joined Greencore as the Head of Business Improvement and later became the Director of Strategy, Opex & PMO.

James S. obtained a Master of Science - MSc degree in Lean Enterprise from the University of Buckingham in 2020. Prior to this, they attended North Lincolnshire College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Sports Science. James also studied at Cherry Willingham, although the specific years and field of study are unknown.
