Jo Richards

Jo Richards is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently, Jo serves as the Head of HR at Greencore since October 2021 and previously held the position of HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Jo worked at Ocado as a Senior People Partner specializing in Employee Relations and as an HR Business Partner, contributing to the organization from March 2018 to October 2021. Jo's career began at Sainsbury's, where Jo held multiple positions including Cluster HR Manager and Business Partner, Convenience Store Manager, and Commercial Manager among others, from August 1993 to March 2018. Jo's diverse experience encompasses management and HR functions across multiple supermarket formats. Education was completed at Simon Langton Girls.
