Justin Ellis

Justin Ellis currently serves as General Manager at Greencore since January 2023, following a tenure as Factory General Manager at Tayto Group Limited from May 2021 to January 2023. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Operations Director at TSC Foods and held various roles at Two Sisters Food Group (Gunstones Bakery), including Head of Operations and Chilled General Manager. Additional experience includes a Manufacturing Manager role at Kates Cakes, Interim Zone Operations Manager at Uniq Foods, and Operations Manager at Goldenfry Foods Ltd. Justin began a career in management at Bakkavor as Factory Manager, overseeing the launch of a new factory. Justin holds a 2:1 degree in Food Industry Management from the University of Lincoln and has Six Sigma training.
