Laura Dyson

Laura Dyson is an experienced NPD Manager with a strong background in product development within the food industry. Currently serving at Greencore since September 2019, Laura's previous roles include Development Controller at Addo Food Group, NPD Manager at Saladworks, and Head of NPD at European Oat Millers. Laura has also held positions at Solway Foods as Senior NPD Technologist, Bokomo Foods as NPD Technologist for major clients such as M&S and Asda, and Bakkavor, where focus areas included ready meals and snacks. Additionally, Laura began a career in product development as an Assistant Product Development Technologist at Tesco PLC during a year out from studies. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food & Nutrition from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2008.
