Lydia C. is currently a Demand Planning Manager at Greencore, where they oversee demand planning for the Food for Now and Food for Later business areas. Previously, Lydia held various roles at Greencore, including Demand Planning Analyst and Business Owner during a secondment focused on supply chain planning. They also gained experience as a Market Supply Logistics Management Trainee at The Body Shop, where they worked on inventory optimization and supplier relationships. Lydia earned a BA (Hons) in International Business from Nottingham Trent University, graduating with First Class Honours.
