Martin Durrant

Martin Durrant is an experienced operations professional with a substantial background in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Operations Controller at Greencore since October 2017, Martin has held various key positions including Manufacturing Manager and Production Manager. Prior to Greencore, Martin worked at Bakkavor from August 2005 to October 2017, advancing through roles such as Senior Section Manager, Section Manager, and Section Leader. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at KFC from May 2004 to August 2005. Martin holds a Foundation Degree in Food Manufacture (Operations Management) with a focus on Process and Business Improvement from Lincoln University, completed between 2011 and 2014, and received secondary education at Easingwold Secondary School from 1994 to 1999.
