Matt Swain

Matt Swain is an experienced professional in the food development and events management sectors, currently serving as the Group NPD Buyer for Greencore since December 2022, responsible for procurement support across six sourcing categories and directly aiding innovation and new product development for multiple manufacturing sites. Prior roles include Product Developer for Food For Now within key customer teams at Greencore, and various positions in product development and event supervision at Bakkavor, Native Snacks, PepsiCo, and Tracsis Events. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Development & Nutrition from Liverpool John Moores University and has a diverse skill set that encompasses end-to-end NPD, operational excellence, and event management across the UK.
