Michelle Briggs possesses extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Senior Head of Technical for Food For Now & Logistics at Greencore since May 2019. Previous roles at Greencore include Head of Technical for both Food For Now (North) and Salads, along with various managerial positions. Prior to Greencore, experience includes the role of Technical Manager at Tulip Ltd and positions at Bakkavor and Northern Foods, demonstrating a strong background in technical and process management. Michelle holds a degree from Ulster University.
