Natalie Rogers

Natalie Rogers is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Director of Group Talent, Development & Inclusion at Greencore since February 2016, where responsibilities include setting long-term strategies for talent, development, inclusion, and diversity. In addition, Natalie holds positions as a Non-Executive Director for Youth Employment UK and a Board Trustee for the RSPCA. Previous roles include Head of Group Talent, Development & Inclusion at Greencore, where achievements included recognition for innovative I&D strategies, and Head of Group Talent & Development, leading award-winning teams. Prior to Greencore, Natalie's career included key positions at BRITVIC PLC, Carlsberg Group, Abbey House Veterinary Group, and Sainsbury's, where contributions spanned talent development, HR service establishment, and change management. Educational qualifications include advanced CIPD qualifications and a degree in HR & Management from The University of Huddersfield.
