Pamela Brown

Pamela Brown has extensive experience in health, safety, and environment management. Pamela is currently the Director of Health, Safety, and Environment at Greencore, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Health and Safety at Allied Milling and Baking from July 2016 to September 2022. From September 2014 to June 2016, they were the Head of Health, Safety, and Environment at Westmill Foods, part of Associated British Foods. Pamela also worked as the Head of Safety in the UK and UK Safety Manager at Heineken from October 2007 to September 2014 and as the Divisional Health and Safety Manager at Manor Bakeries from September 2006 to September 2007. Pamela started their career as a Senior Safety and Hygiene Adviser at Premier Foods plc/RHM plc from March 2003 to September 2006, providing in-house advice, technical support, and training on occupational health and safety and environment matters.

Pamela Brown obtained a BSc degree in Environmental Health from Ulster University between 1989 and 1993. Pamela later pursued an MSc degree in Occupational Safety and Health from The University of Salford between 1995 and 1997.
