Rachel Cobbe

Rachel Cobbe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. rachel has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. rachel worked at Northern Foods as a Technical Manager from September 1992 to June 1997. rachel then joined Sainsbury's as a Product Manager from June 1997 to October 2000. After that, they worked at Kookaburra Foods as a Site Technical Manager from October 2000 to August 2001. rachel then joined R&R Ice Cream as a National Account Manager from September 2001 to December 2007. In 2008, they started working at Greencore as a Senior Business Unit Manager and Commercial Controller until September 2013. rachel also had a role as Interim Commercial Controller at Greencore from April 2017 to July 2022. In 2022, they became the Head of Sales at Greencore. Additionally, they briefly worked at The Authentic Food Company as the Head of Retail Sales starting from January 2016.

Rachel Cobbe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork in 1992.
