Robert McCarthy

Robert McCarthy is an experienced MBE Programme Manager with a background in project management and agile methodologies, holding certifications as a Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO). Having worked extensively in the information technology and services sector, Robert has held roles such as Head of Post Production and QA Manager at Player One, and Agile Product Manager at Walmart eCommerce from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are the Programme Manager at Greencore, having previously served as Head of Project Management at CDS UK until 2025. Robert holds a BSc in Interactive Systems and Video Games Design from the University of Bradford and has a strong expertise in User Experience and E-commerce initiatives.
