Ross Poulter

Ross Poulter, IRMCert, ACMA, CGMA, currently serves as Head of Risk, Resilience, & Policy Oversight at Greencore, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Ross held various roles at the British Council from December 2018 to January 2023, overseeing global Enterprise Risk Management, insurance, and safety operations. Prior to that, Ross was the Head of UK Risk & Control at Dixons Carphone from April 2011 to November 2018, managing risk management, control assurance, information security, and business continuity. Early career experience includes positions as Risk Manager at Best Buy Europe and Internal Audit Manager at Carphone Warehouse. Ross earned a degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham and completed CIMA in Management Accounting at BPP Law School, along with a certification in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.
