Sally Longden has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving in a Learning and Development role at Greencore since September 2021. Prior to this position, Sally held the role of Technical Auditor at Solway Foods 2sfg from August 2004 until January 2024, where responsibilities included daily monitoring of factory paperwork, mass balances of packaging, products, and ingredients, as well as conducting backward and forward traces on products. Sally completed education at Eckington School from 1978 to 1983.
