Sam Smith is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional, currently serving as the Engineering Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Greencore since September 2022. In this role, Sam focuses on designing and executing maintenance schedules aimed at enhancing asset availability and minimizing downtime while leading a committed team to ensure safety and professional development. Prior to Greencore, Sam held various roles including Maintenance Manager and Engineering Team Leader at Recipharm, and Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Bespak.
