Stephanie Edwards

Stephanie Edwards is a Specification Technologist currently employed at Greencore since October 2022, where responsibilities include setting up approvals for external specifications and reviewing copy artwork in line with regulatory changes. Previously, Stephanie served as a Receptionist at Town Gate Practice and as a NICU receptionist at Southmead Hospital under North Bristol NHS Trust. Earlier experience includes working at Ashbury as a Specification Technologist and at 2 Sisters Food Group focusing on product development specifications for cakes and desserts. Notably, Stephanie spent over a decade at GlaxoSmithKline, progressing through various roles including Ribena Development Manager, Senior Scientist, and Sensory Scientist, contributing to the R&D leadership team and managing new product development programmes. Stephanie holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science from the University of Leeds, complemented by A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and German from Queen Mary School, Lytham.
