Steve Switzer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in multi-site operations leadership within the food manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Group Manufacturing Director and Operations Director at Greencore since April 2015, Steve manages full P&L responsibilities across seven UK factories, overseeing a turnover exceeding £550 million and a workforce of 5,000 employees. Prior to this, Steve held various leadership roles within Greencore, including Regional General Manager, responsible for four factories with a total turnover of £385 million. Steve's experience also includes leadership positions at PepsiCo, Tulip Ltd, Iglo Group Limited, and Unilever, where significant contributions were made in manufacturing and operational management. Educationally, Steve holds a First Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
