Stuart Proctor is an experienced manufacturing executive with a strong background in the food industry, currently serving as Head of Manufacturing at Greencore since August 2021. Previously held leadership positions at Tayto Group Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing factory operations and ensuring the production of a diverse range of snacks and crisps. Stuart also held roles at McCain Foods, Environcom England LTD, Blueberry Foods, and Fox's Biscuits, among others, showcasing expertise in managing large-scale manufacturing operations with full P&L accountability. Stuart's educational background includes a degree in Food Technology from the University of Humberside and military training in the British Army.
