Andy Simmons

Previously, they held the position of Operations Director at BrewDog, managing 60 bars in the UK and 12 in Europe. Andy's extensive experience also includes roles such as Head of Transformation & Change and Strategic Operations Manager at TGI Fridays UK, where they contributed significantly to sales growth and operational efficiency. They began their career with a graduate training program at Mitchells & Butlers and have consistently excelled in developing teams and maximizing profits throughout their career. Andy holds a BA in French and Russian from the University of Nottingham.
