David Pickersgill

Head Of Insight - Customer Experience And Analytics at Greene King

David Pickersgill has had extensive work experience in the field of customer insights, database management, and analytics. David started their career in 2003 as an Estimator at Cambrian Printers, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, they joined Precision Colour Printing as a Commercial Coordinator and held that position until 2014.

In 2014, David moved to Spirit Pub Company as a CRM Analyst and worked until 2015. David then joined Greene King, where they initially served as a Customer Insight & Database Manager for nearly seven years, from 2014 to 2021. David then progressed to the role of Head of Insight - Customer Experience and Analytics at Greene King in June 2021, a position they currently hold.

David Pickersgill obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from the University of Wales Aberystwyth, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
