Leigh Johnson

Leigh Johnson has over 15 years of experience as a General Manager in the pubs and restaurants sector, currently serving as an Implementation Manager at Greene King since June 2015. Previous roles include General Manager at SPIRIT PUB COMPANY (MANAGED) LIMITED and Punch Pubs & Co, overseeing multiple sites in both positions. Earlier experience includes a role as Holding Manager at Spirit Group, where responsibilities involved managing site transfers, as well as Deputy General Manager and Investment Trainer, where Leigh was instrumental in opening 12 fully refurbished sites. The foundation of Leigh's career began as a Team Leader at Scottish & Newcastle. Leigh holds a Level 6 Diploma in Hospitality and Retail Leadership from Leeds Beckett University.
