Les Stuart

Les Stuart is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Partner at Greene King since December 2022. Prior to this role, Les held the position of Openings and Transitions L&D Business Partner at Côte Brasserie from February 2022 to December 2022 and coordinated new restaurant openings as the Openings Lead at Nando's UK & IRE from November 2020 to December 2021. Les's extensive experience at Nando's spanned from 2003 to 2021, encompassing various roles, including Food Quality Manager and Operational Training Manager. Les began the career at Nando's as a Regional Learning and Development Trainer and progressed through the ranks to become a Partner Patrao (General Manager). Education was completed at Rutherford High School, attended from 1992 to 1997.
