Sally Fallon

Sally Fallon's work experience begins in 2003 as a Web Developer for Black Country Chamber & Business Link. Sally then moves on to work at Jonathan Lee Recruitment, starting as a Website Co-Ordinator and progressing to Systems Analyst and Business Analyst. From 2010 to 2016, Sally holds various Business Partner roles at Jonathan Lee Recruitment. In 2016, they join Greene King as a Business Analyst and later advances to roles including Senior Business Analyst, Talent & Performance Manager, and finally People Data & Insights Manager. Sally currently holds the position of Head of People Data & Insights at Greene King.

Sally Fallon obtained a BSc Hons in Recreation Management from Sheffield Hallam University between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, they studied Business Studies, Geography, English Literature, and General Studies at Haybridge High School from 1993 to 1995. Sally completed their secondary education at Holy Trinity School Kidderminster, earning 10 GCSEs from 1981 to 1993. Sally also holds additional certifications, including an Advanced Award in Organisation Design & Development from CIPD in 2020. Sally has other certifications as well, such as the Advanced Internet Resourcer and Certified Internet Webmaster.
