Tom Border

Tom Border is a Senior Payroll Manager at Greene King, where they leverage extensive experience in payroll management spanning over a decade. They managed a payroll team of twelve, processing payroll for over 22,000 employees while playing a key role in implementing the Peoplesoft system in 2014. Tom led the payroll department through significant changes, including the integration of the Spirit pub company and the company's furlough process during the Covid-19 pandemic.
