Tom Ferrier

Tom Ferrier is the Founder of Greener, a company that aims to highlight businesses that are better for the planet. Tom started this role in March 2019. Prior to that, they were also the Founder of Purposed, a company focused on inspiring and directing corporate social impact. Tom worked at Purposed from October 2017 to February 2019.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Tom held various roles in IT and business transformation. From January 2013 to September 2017, they served as the Senior IT Director - Global Business Functions at Brambles Limited, where they provided strategic IT leadership during the company's transition to an operating company. From February 2011 to January 2013, they worked as the Director - IT & Finance Transformation, Outsourcing & Shared Services at The Hackett Group.

Tom also has experience in project management and business transformation. From March 2009 to February 2011, they served as the PMO & Business Transformation Manager at Alleasing Pty Ltd, where they led a transformation program of work and drove system rationalization and process improvement. Prior to that, from September 2004 to March 2009, they were the IT Manager at Freeman Fox, where they established a high-performing IT infrastructure to support the company's rapid expansion.

Before their managerial roles, Tom worked as a Solutions Engineer at OzComm Network Solutions from June 2002 to September 2004. Tom played a key role in automating business processes and consulting with clients on system and reporting development.
