GreenExergy was established in 2009 with the aim to deliver efficient technologies for Bio energy production, using the steam dryer as a key component. The majority  owners of the company is Outotec and Skellefteå Kraft.

In 2014 the owners decided to change the focus of the core buissnes to consulting in the energy field to form the basis.

GreenExergys strength lies in long-term experience within Bio energy and plant process know-how and long experience of work in large and small plant projects.
