Mark Keaney leads the global sales and customer success teams at Greenfly. He is a veteran sales leader with a proven track record and history of success at some of the biggest brands in sports and media (CBS, Viacom, LPGA, and Comcast). He previously headed North American sales at Khoros, where he helped brands harness the power of digital channels and social media. He has led sales teams at enterprise SaaS companies like Sprinklr as well as early-stage firms like SocialSphere and GMBi. The key to his success has been building incredible teams that share a unified vision, inspired enthusiasm, and embrace a customer-first mission. Together with clear thought leadership, his teams always have a picture of what success looks like and a roadmap to get there.
Mark has also worked independently as a sales consultant, inspiring clients to “brand globally, but market locally”. He’s an avid golfer and sports fan, and has also authored a book and launched a non-profit organization for kids at risk. Mark graduated from Boston College and majored in economics with a concentration in marketing.
