Sara Lax has been working in the Human Resources field for over a decade. In 2009, they began their career as a Hostess and Teamer at Hardenberg Concept GmbH. In 2011, they worked as an Aushilfe at GolfRange GmbH. In 2015, they worked as a Werkstudentin Personalabteilung at mediosmanagement GmbH. In 2017, they worked as an Intern Projectmanagement Dept. Planning Machining at BMW Group. In 2018, they worked as an HR Business Partner at allaboutHRLaw. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior People & Culture Manager and HR-Manager at Digital Charging Solutions GmbH. Currently, they are the Head of People & Culture at GREENFORCE.

Sara Lax obtained a Diplom Jurist from Freie Universität Berlin in 2017, specializing in Rechtswissenschaften. In 2020, they began their studies at IMS Institut für Mediation, Streitschlichtung und Konfliktmanagement e.V., and is currently pursuing a Mediator:in degree.
