Wayne Johnson is an experienced professional in process improvement and manufacturing engineering with over 28 years of industry experience. Currently serving as the Manager of Process Improvement at Greenheck since January 2015, Wayne leads continuous improvement initiatives and fosters a culture of respect and problem-solving within Greenheck Asia. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer/International at Greenheck, where a significant capacity enhancement project for axial fan assembly was co-managed, and various engineering and management positions within the United States Army Reserve, Wausau Window and Wall Systems, Joerns Healthcare, Hurd Windows & Doors, Adorn, LLC, and Philips Products. Wayne holds an MBA from Indiana University South Bend and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, complemented by an Associate Degree in Architectural-Residential Design from Northcentral Technical College.
