Greenhouse Equity Fund will invest equity in Minority Business Enterprises (“MBE”)–owned real estate developers who are focused on building affordable housing, targeting NJ markets.
  
Demand for equity capital amongst MBE real estate developers is strong.  Equity will enable MBE developers to take on projects that will generate cash flow and financial returns which in turn will enable the developers to build organizational capacity and reach scale.

The returns will include the sale of single-family homes to eligible homebuyers and the rental revenues arising from affordable rental housing in the NJ urban and suburban markets.
