Ulrika Molander

Ulrika Molander has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ulrika is currently the COO of Greeniron H2 AB since September 2022. Ulrika has also served as a Board Member for Good Solutions since August 2021 and Nilar since April 2021 (to May 2023). Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Systemair AB, including Group Manufacturing Director from February 2016 to July 2022, and Acting Managing Director at Systemair Sverige AB from October 2018 to December 2019. Ulrika was the CEO of BDX Företagen AB from January 2014 to June 2015. Ulrika has also worked at Sapa Profiler AB, holding roles such as Operations Director from May 2009 to December 2013, Fabrication Director, Supply Chain Director, Plant Manager, Planning Manager, Logistics Manager, and Planning Engineer from 1998 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked at Strömma Textil AB as a Sales Technician from 1992 to 1998, and at Strömma Sweden AB as a Production Engineer from 1987 to 1992. Ulrika brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing, operations, and leadership to their current role as COO.

Ulrika Molander has a comprehensive education history that includes two notable institutions. In 1984, they enrolled at the University of Borås and pursued studies in engineering, completing their education in 1986. Following this, in 2008, Ulrika attended INSEAD, where they obtained an AMP degree in management.
