Sara Ager has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries in the insurance and financial services sector. Sara currently serves as the CEO of GreenKite, an independent consultancy that specializes in providing business solutions for ambitious firms in the insurance and financial services industry. Prior to this, they were a Partner at McCarthy Denning, where they focused on insurance in the inter-mediated space, particularly MGAs, brokers, and insurtech start-ups/scale-ups. Sara has also worked as a Director at Wondrwall Group and as a Legal Counsel for Insuring Women's Futures at the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Sara Ager began their education at Colchester County High School for Girls from 1983 to 1990, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
