Since 2012, GreenLamp has impacted over one million women and impacted the lives of five million individuals in rural Ethiopia. Our mission centers on empowering young women through education, healthcare, and technology, enabling them to catalyze social and economic transformations within their communities. Anchored in the belief that educating a woman educates a community, our enduring strategy revolves around three fundamental principles: LEARN, LIGHT, and LEAD.

LEARN: Education Initiatives encompassing Midwifery Scholarships and Further Education programs.
LIGHT: Technology Initiatives involving fostering Sustainable Solar Light via our Light for Life projects.
LEAD: Community Initiatives focusing on elevating Midwives as Role Models and Leaders for Change.
