Skelly is the founder and CEO of Causeway Solutions, a data and analytics company that helps clients achieve their goals across politics, public affairs, advocacy, and marketing. Skelly also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Greenlight Analytics since 2024. Prior to founding Causeway Solutions in 2013, Skelly was the Deputy Strategy Director for External Support at the Republican National Committee, where Skelly led a team that revolutionized how political data is used and generated in campaigns. Skelly earned a B.S. in Communications Legal Studies Economics and Government from American University (1997-2001).
