Greenlight Commodities is an Institutional OTC Broker with deep roots in natural gas and power markets.

For years, we have built our reputation on execution, relationships, and a relentless commitment to bringing institutional-grade solutions to our clients.

We are the first Introducing Broker to bring Event Contracts to the institutional market.

While we continue to serve our clients across legacy energy markets, we now have the access to a new asset class that is redefining how sophisticated institutions manage risk. Event Contracts are CFTC-regulated, exchange-cleared instruments that settle on verifiable, binary outcomes. No basis risk. No slippage. No dirty hedges. Pure, precision exposure to the events that actually drive your PnL.

Where futures contaminate a correct fundamental call with macro noise, weather, and term structure drift, Event Contracts isolate the risk itself. Whether it is an EIA storage print, an FOMC decision, a CPI release, an infrastructure commissioning date, or a regulatory outcome, we identify the exposure, structure the trade, and introduce our clients to the market with the guidance to execute it properly.

As an Introducing Broker, Greenlight sits at the intersection of deep commodity market expertise and a new generation of financial infrastructure. We connect institutional counterparties to this market, identify the unhedged exposures on their books, and build the relationships that make these trades possible.
The institutions that hedge the event, not just the price, will have a structural advantage.

Greenlight Commodities. Precision Risk. Institutional Scale.
