Greg Wise

Greg Wise is a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in equity, economic opportunity, and systems change across the United States. They currently serve as the Vice President of National Impact at GreenLight Fund while also working as a Strategic Advisor and Consultant. Previously, Wise held leadership roles at organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs of America, STRIVE, and the Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services, where they designed and scaled youth and workforce development strategies. Wise holds a BA in Comparative Social Change from Hampshire College and an MA in Nonprofit Management and Social Work from New York University. Known for their strategic social impact design and coalition-building skills, they focus on creating pathways for individuals facing systemic barriers to opportunity.
