James D. White is a transformational leader with over 30 years of experience as an operating executive in the Consumer Products, Retail, and Restaurant industries. They served as the Chair, President, and CEO of Jamba Juice, successfully transforming it into a global healthy lifestyle brand. James has held board positions on more than 20 public and private boards, including The Honest Company and Panera Bread, and co-founded Culture Design Lab in 2020 to assist CEOs in creating purpose-driven organizations. They authored the upcoming book, *CULTURE DESIGN: How to Build a High-Performing, Resilient Organization with Purpose*, set to publish in November 2025. James holds an MBA from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and is currently a Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow at Stanford University.
