Jef LeCompte

Jef LeCompte is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and system administration. Currently employed at Greenlight since July 2019, Jef has previously held roles at Honeywell, focusing on the Honeywell Connected Aircraft division, where notable achievements included creating a C++ solution for optimizing flight plans that resulted in significant cost savings, as well as mentoring junior engineers. Jef's earlier experience at The Institute for Functional Medicine involved enhancing operational efficiency through system automation and redesigning processes to reduce dependency on temporary staff. Jef holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Systems from the University of Washington Tacoma.
