Michelle Cheung

Michelle Cheung serves as CFO and COO at Greenlight since January 2021 and is also the Audit Committee Chair and Independent Board Member. Michelle holds an Independent Board Member position at Amplify Life Insurance from May 2024 and previously advised AtoB while serving as Chief Financial Officer from April 2022 to May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at Next Insurance from March 2018 to April 2022, CFO at Rennovia Inc. from October 2014 to March 2018, and various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President and Associate from August 2005 to October 2014. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Cetova and iMediation, and product management at Vantage International. Michelle earned an AB in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and an MBA from Duke University.
