Michael Ford

Michael Ford has a extensive work history in the retail industry. Michael has held executive roles in various companies, including Greenlit Brands where they are currently serving as the Executive Chairman & Group Chief Executive Officer since August 2017. Before that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of The Good Guys from January 2004 to December 2016. During their tenure at The Good Guys, they successfully doubled the company's annual turnover and achieved the number one market share and preference for appliance shopping in Australia. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Drummond Golf from 1999 to 2001. Michael also worked as a Management Consultant and Business Development Manager for a startup opportunity in Australia and Southeast Asia from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they held various managerial roles in the Country Road Group, serving as the Group General Manager of Merchandise and Product Development from 1994 to 1996 and the Group General Manager of Merchandise and Retail and Wholesale sales from 1992 to 1994.

Michael Ford attended Saint George's College from 1960 to 1965. Michael also served as an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University and participated in the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
