GREENLOG Co., Ltd. is a consulting firm specializing in global green building standard LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) and is the only firm in South Korea with LEED AP professionals of all areas (BD+C, ID+C, O+M, ND, HOMES). As a registered USGBC Member Company, GREENLOG offers discounted LEED certification fees to all of our clients.

In order to provide services for all LEED processes from the initial stage of design to post-construction maintenance, we have secured a CxA team recognized by ACG (AABC Commissioning Group) of the AABC Association in the U.S. and are directly responsible for commissioning LEED buildings. We strive to provide domestic LEED project consulting at the highest quality and reasonable cost.

In particular, we continue our tradition of specializing in overseas projects, focusing on the know-how of experts who have been managing LEED projects for USACE FED (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District) and CCK (U.S. Army Contracting Command Korea), as well as expanding our business scope to not only consulting LEED with global companies but also commissioning energy analyses and building operations management that meet the standards of USGBC.

In addition, we have established ‘GREENLOG Education Center' to build a domestic network of green building engineers and experts, fostering green building experts by providing the necessary support as well as offering LEED AP specialist training courses and corporate education support projects.

We will continue to fulfill our clients’ needs, while striving to be the bridge between clients and the latest global trends in green building design and construction.
