Gael Peron

Gael Peron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gael most recently served as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Greenly since March 2020. Prior to that, they founded Mouztache.com, a web application and personal productivity improvement method, where they worked from 2018 to 2020.

Gael also has experience as a Co-Founder of La Quintita Biarritz, where they renovated a Basque house to open a bed and breakfast from 2017 to 2019. Gael was involved in the design of the eco-responsible habitat.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Gael worked as a Director of Project Operations and later as Chief Technology Officer at Wynd in 2016 and 2017. Gael gained experience in project management, coordination, and team leadership.

Gael also co-founded LibertyBlock, where they aimed to provide a solution for building connected objects that are generic, reusable, and open source. This venture lasted from 2015 to 2016.

Gael started their career at BNP Paribas in 2009 as an IT Project Manager and successfully implemented an Electronic Document Management system. Gael managed a team of project managers, handled project cycles, resource management, and change management.

Earlier in their career, Gael worked as an Information Technology Internal Auditor at IGN, a Full-stack Developer at Agence le 6 and Alcatel, and a System Network Administrator at BeCitizen.

Gael Peron completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics at UTBM from 2002 to 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2006, they attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) where they earned a DUT in Informatique, specializing in Information Technologies. From 2006 to 2009, Gael pursued their Master's degree in Informatique at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. During this time, they also attended Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires in 2008 and 2009, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree from this institution.
