Michael Saad

Michael Saad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk advisory, governance, and corporate strategy. As the Founder and Chief Consultant at Bailey Strategy, Risk and Assurance since November 2019, Michael provides consulting services in risk advisory, business planning, internal audit, and corporate governance. In addition to this, Michael serves on the Finance and Audit Committee for Greenpeace Australia Pacific and holds a board position with the Rose Bay Reserve Trust Board. Previously, as General Manager of Enterprise Risk at icare NSW, Michael was integral to developing risk and compliance frameworks. Additional roles include Director of Corporate Governance at Safety, Return to Work and Support, and Senior Project Manager at WorkCover Authority NSW. Michael holds an Executive Master in Public Administration from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Economics from Western Sydney University.
