Martin Kellermann

Martin Kellermann, CFA, is the Director of Commercial Strategy at GREENPEAK Partners, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Martin served as Team Lead Transaction Management and Senior Transaction Manager, where they managed international M&A transactions for utility-scale renewable energy projects, focusing on photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems. Martin has also worked at BayWa r.e. Global as a Transaction Manager, where they structured and executed transactions across various European markets. Earlier in their career, Martin gained valuable experience at KPMG in Deutschland and conducted research at Fraunhofer Institute, contributing to advancements in energy economics and project finance. Martin holds multiple degrees in Energy Economics and Engineering from esteemed institutions, including RWTH Aachen University and Fachhochschule Flensburg.
