Megan C. has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, having held various significant roles across multiple companies. At First Mode, Megan served as Mechanical Group Manager, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, mentoring staff for career development, and playing a key role in team expansion and process development. Previous positions include Senior Mechanical Engineer and Product Engineer at Concordia Beverage Systems and WET Design, respectively, where Megan focused on designing specialized equipment for commercial applications and developing advanced simulation capabilities. Earlier in the career, Megan was Lead Mechanical Engineer at Micro Motion Inc., managing the transition of product manufacturing internationally and contributing to the establishment of a new engineering design center.
