Amy Winstead

Amy Winstead has a strong background in agriculture and precision agriculture. Amy is currently working as the VP of Business Innovation & Agronomy at GreenPoint Ag since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Agri-AFC, LLC from 2016 to 2019. Amy also held various roles at Agri-AFC, LLC including Director of Ag Technologies from 2013 to 2016 and Manager of Precision Ag from 2011 to 2013. Amy started their career as a Precision Ag Extension Agent at the Alabama Cooperative Extension System from 2006 to 2011.

Amy Winstead earned a Bachelor's Degree in Soil Science and Agronomy, with a focus on Precision Ag Emphasis, from Auburn University in 2000. Amy then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Agronomy & Soils, also from Auburn University, which they completed in 2002.
