Erwin Gunawan

Erwin Gunawan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Erwin co-founded and served as the Chief Business Officer at GREENS, an agritech startup focused on developing Meta Farming. Erwin was responsible for developing and implementing the company's vision, mission, and overall direction.

Erwin also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Merkle House, leading the company from January 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at PT Indo Sistem Global (Indosystem) from February 2018 to October 2020, where they led the company's overall business and strategy.

Erwin gained experience in supply chain management as the Supply Chain Management Manager - Seafood at Giant Eagle, Inc. from January 2017 to January 2018. Erwin also worked as the Operations and Logistics Manager at PITT OHIO in 2016, overseeing distribution and managing various teams.

Erwin has a background in the seafood industry, having founded Matrix Seafood LLC in 2008 and serving as the Founder and CEO until August 2016. Erwin also founded and served as the CEO of Evolve-MymoWay, an exclusive online platform that provided value options to its members and business partners from January 2010 to February 2015.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Erwin owned and managed Taste of Bali Restaurant, the only Indonesian restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, for almost a decade. Erwin also gained experience in operations management as an Operations Manager at FedEx Ground from June 2001 to August 2003.

Erwin Gunawan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, and Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which they attended from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in International Business from Edmonds College from 1997 to 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Erwin Gunawan obtained a Certified Blockchain Professional certification from the Blockchain Innovation Center in January 2019. Erwin also obtained a Certificate of HACCP from the Association of Food and Drug Officials in January 2015.
